LIVING IS A FORM OF ART
ART ORIGINATES FROM OUR LIVING

Our Vision
Professional Artistes Workshop is formed for implementing the above concepts with backup from The Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s Support for Foreign Companies/Entrepreneurs. By organising various “Study Tours” and "The Art of Living Online Courses", we aim to introduce the essence of Japanese culture to people from all over the world through the experience of "Leisure Learning" in which participants can learn the Japanese craftsman’s spirit in an alternative way and enjoy the positivity that brings into our daily lives.

Mamama Kitchen
I have been devoted to the media and performing arts industries for over 45 years, living an incredibly fast-paced life every day in Hong Kong. Until 2017, at the age of 60, I had the opportunity to receive comprehensive and professional bakery and pastry training at Le Cordon Bleu in Tokyo. Besides seeking knowledge and skill, at the same time, I learned to enjoy life and build new friendships during the course.
The first phase of the "Study Tour" starts with the introduction of Japanese culinary arts and top-rated agricultural products. As the saying goes, "food is the paramount necessity of the people", Japan is a gourmet kingdom which accentuates the seasonality of food and the five senses of food tasting. With the dedication and hard work of the Japanese farmers as well as the implementation of professional scientific research, many prefectures and cities can harvest the agricultural produce that they are greatly proud of.
